Happy Mother's Day



I have no idea what Dr. Green's advice would have been - but as a occasional sufferer of 'nervousness' in the home myself I have found myself craving the following oils when I am afflicted with 'disturbed nerves!'


*Rose, Bulgarian, Absolute- This is a mood lifter and helps with PMS symptoms too.

*Clary Sage - Excellent for quieting the mind on those nights we stay awake worrying about our kids.

*Ylang Ylang - A floral oil for stress relief.

*Neroli - For those times when you find yourself at the end of your rope and your nerves are shattered.
